Gotmatar Alumni finally get official authorization to use any material from GMCDG website, this following a letter from Dr. Andrew McMillan. We in return offer the same back to GMCDG and we therefore allow them to link the two websites.

DEC 2019 AGM INTERNAL MEMO

This is to inform you that the AGM for Got Matar Secondary Alumni Association (GMSAA) shall be held on 27th December 2019 at Mombasa Raha Hotel, starting from 10:00 am. The venue is located 500 meters from Usenge Town off Osieko.

For this reason, you are expected to remit Ksh. 500 to fund the event and cater for the meals. The amount is to be sent to the Alumni Treasurer Mr. Olango 0711102566 not later than 21st December, 2019. You are also reminded to carry with you, Ksh. 100 membership renewal fee.

Agenda of the AGM shall be:

Welcoming speech from the chairman
Reading and confirmation of previous AGM minutes
Matters arising
Chairman’s report
Treasurer’s report and confirmation of the audited financial report
Election of office-bearers
Open discussion
A.O. B
Adjournment.
